Surface Prep
Parts are sandblasted and cleaned so the powder bonds properly and the finish lasts.
Powder Application
Electrostatically charged powder particles bond to the metal surface, providing complete, even coverage—including hard-to-reach areas paint can miss.
Curing & Inspection
Parts cure in our industrial oven, fusing the powder into a tough, uniform finish. We inspect every piece before it leaves the shop.
